Merchhub.store is a print-on-demand platform that allows users to create their own store pages to sell custom merchandise. Users upload designs, set up their stores, and Merchhub handles production, packaging, and fulfillment, either through our facilities or our partners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a store on merchhub.store. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Creation
- Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4.2 Content and Design Uploads
- Users own the rights to the designs they upload to Merchhub.store.
- By uploading a design, you grant Merchhub.store the right to use, reproduce, and modify it for the purpose of fulfilling orders and displaying your products on our platform.
4.3 Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from uploading content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Merchhub reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Merchhub’s Responsibilities
5.1 Production and Fulfillment
Merchhub handles the production, packaging, and delivery of products ordered on our platform. We may fulfill orders either internally or through our vetted partners.
5.2 Quality Assurance
We are committed to ensuring the quality of each item. If a product does not meet our quality standards, customers can request a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
6. Payments and Pricing
6.1 Product Pricing
Merchhub offers pricing suggestions, but users set their own prices. Merchhub deducts production, fulfillment, and any applicable fees from each sale.
6.2 Payment Processing and Payouts
- Payments are processed through our third-party providers.
- Payouts to store owners are made upon request and can be initiated in the user’s admin dashboard. Payout requests are subject to our standard processing time.
6.3 Taxes and Fees
Store owners are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or fees associated with their earnings on the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
Merchhub and its logo are trademarks of Merchhub. Users may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Merchhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our Platform.
9. Account Termination and Deletion
9.1 Voluntary Account Deletion
Store owners may request to delete their Merchhub.store account at any time by contacting customer support at support@merchhub.store. Upon account deletion:
- All active listings will be removed from the platform.
- Any pending orders will still be processed unless explicitly canceled by the user prior to deletion.
- Any remaining balance in your account will be disbursed according to our payout policy upon request.
9.2 Involuntary Account Suspension or Deletion
Merchhub reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice if it violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws. In cases of involuntary deletion:
- Merchhub will notify the account holder of the reason for termination.
- Any funds pending disbursement may be subject to a hold or forfeiture, depending on the nature of the violation.
9.3 Data Retention
Upon deletion, Merchhub will retain certain data for record-keeping and compliance with legal obligations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
11. Modifications to Terms
Merchhub may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
