You must adhere to the local laws and regulations of the regions to which you are shipping your products.
Hateful Content
Merchhub is committed to promoting tolerance, understanding, and respect for all individuals and groups. Therefore, we do not tolerate any content that expresses hatred towards or attacks any person, group, or their protected characteristics, such as age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. You cannot upload hateful content to our platform, as it contradicts the values of Merchhub.
Additionally, we reserve the right to block content that promotes or praises individuals, groups, or organizations involved in intentionally harmful activities, or that promotes support for crimes associated with hate, violence, discrimination, or intolerance. We also do not permit the promotion of harmful misinformation that is known to or may reasonably lead to violence or threats to the health and safety of the public. Any content that depicts violent events would be evaluated based on its educational or artistic expression, and should not be used to promote, glorify, or trivialize violent acts.
