Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this, they move into production and cannot be canceled or changed.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
