Yes! You can design, create and sell your merch online without the production hassle, managing inventory, dealing with dispatch riders and logistics companies because we do all that for you. It saves you time, money & (we love this part) its great for planet because there is less “deadstock” out there and you only print the items your customers, fans & followers want.
HOW IT WORKS
At MerchHub we run a simple print-on-demand service, Print-on-demand (or POD) is an order fulfilment method where items are printed as soon as an order is made, with no minimum orders.
The term POD is often combined with drop shipping to describe a service where items are printed to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer (us) to the buyer (your customer) on behalf of the customer selling the goods (you).
Now you get the gist, here’s a step by step walkthrough on how to set up your store and get selling within minutes.
STEP 1
Sign Up to create a MerchHub Store account. (Your account would be verified and approved within 3 hours)
STEP 2
Once your account is verified you’ll automatically be subscribed to the starter plan to get you going right away. Choose a paid plan to unlock another world of creativity and the perks that come with it. (See here for details on our plans)
STEP 3
Start creating by first picking the blank garment you want your design on. **Kindly note: Not all blanks or colours of blanks are available to the starter plan. (See here for details on what blank garments are available to your plan).
STEP 4
Launch the design upload tool, upload and position your high-quality 300dpi print-ready artwork, there are additional customisation tools such as text, when you are done, the price displayed on the left of the add to cart button is your production cost, save the design, add to cart and checkout. (See here for more details on the design upload tool and submitting your designs.)
STEP 5
Use the profit calculator to determine a reasonable margin, set the sale price and calculate your potential earnings. ** Kindly note: Your selected plan would affect your earnings due to difference in seller fees. (See here for more details on the profit calculator)
STEP 6
Upload your product to your store through the Merchant Dashboard. You will need to have two things to upload your product
- An approved account with a plan to access your backend dashboard.
- An 800px x 600px product image, this could be a mock-up generated on a tool such as Smart Mockups, any of the adobe creative suite tools or alternatively a product shot image with a model in the actual merch.

This is the number of designs you can submit to MerchHub in a month
Minimum Sales Required
This is the number of sales per design per month required to stay on the same plan and only applies to the starter (free) plan.
Maximum Sales Allowed
This is the number of sales allowed within your plan, not to worry we wouldn’t stop your capsule, we would automatically scale you up to the next plan and deduct our fees.
Blank Variations
These are the number of the different types of blank-colour variations (e.g Gildan Premium Cotton White, Gildan Premium Cotton Black, Gildan Premium Cotton Forest Green) The Blank is Gildan Premium Cotton the colours are White, Black & Forest Green
Print Method Choices Available
These are the different ways in which we could print your design on your garment. e.g Direct to garment, Screen Printing (See here for more on artwork and print methods)
Customisable Areas
These are the different printable areas on the blank garments e.g Front, Back & inner neck. (See the full range of blank garments here)
Commission
This is the percentage we charge on your sales profit in order to support our platform and keep us running.

Get a glance of your merchant accounts performance for the month here, everything from your total comission to the number of orders on your account
COMMISSIONS
Here is a list of each item purchased, the purchasers name & email and the corresponding commission value on the item.

Here you can view your exisitinng products, make changes such as, product title, regular & sale prices, attributes & variations (size, colour). This section also handles uplaod of products to your store *subject to design approval and current plan.
