Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria and internationally to select countries.

How long does delivery take?
  • Order Processing & Production: All orders are processed and produced within 3-5 working days before dispatch.
  • Delivery Time (After Dispatch):
    • Nigeria: 1-5 working days
    • International: 3-10 working days (depending on the destination)

Total time:

  • 3-10 days (Nigeria)
  • 5-15 days (Outside Nigeria)
How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the number of items in your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number & link via email. You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, our support team will proactively reach out with updates. If you have concerns, you can also contact us at support@merchhub.store.

What if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@merchhub.store with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

What happens if I am not available when my package is delivered?
  • If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery.
  • If delivery fails multiple times, your package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.
Do you offer express delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer express shipping, but we are working on adding this option soon.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Pickup options are currently unavailable, but we may introduce this in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 3-10 working days after production is completed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping details?

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@merchhub.store.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the details.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to place a new order.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

f your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please email support@merchhub.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
    We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this, they move into production and cannot be canceled or changed.

How long does a refund take?

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
